He brings strong business, brand management and political insight, supported by a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Social Science, postgraduate studies in Sociology, and tertiary diplomas in dispute resolution, media and marketing.

With a Diploma in Journalism, Feroza began her career at a Cape Town daily newspaper in the 1990s before serving as news editor of a popular English tabloid and later as editor of a group of 10 weekly community newspapers in the Western Cape.
